Trading with a trusted account manager is what can make your dreams come through. For me Mrs. Susan Ryan has the best trading strategies to win. I contacted Dan just for some general information. He took the time to respond via email steering me away from what would have been a bad purchase before I was even a customer yet. Today he arrived on time for our inspection and was able to wear a N95 mask. Dan also took some time to offer some advice regarding my soffits to air out my attic. Dan inspected a home I wanted to buy in 2015, and he was very thorough, and explained everything. He even sent me a report with areas that needed repair that were complete with images of the problem spots. His report allowed me to negotiate a better asking price, and let me set my priorities on what needed to be fixed and what could wait. Four years later I am still consulting his report to ensure that I'm maintaining my house. Homeworks Inspections provides a valuable service and has probably saved me thousands of dollars. (in negotiating the house price, and keeping proper upkeep in making me aware of issues to watch out for)
